When will my order arrive?
Check the preparation time on each piece. That is how long the designer needs before shipping. The carrier’s delivery time comes afterward.
Buying from more than one designer?
Each designer ships their own pieces. Your order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking and help
Signed-in customers can find submitted tracking in their account. For help, email houseofbriar26@gmail.com with your order reference. Guest shoppers should keep their receipt.
Checkout currently accepts US addresses only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Existing paid orders keep their original totals.
For designers
You pay postage and packaging. Include those costs when setting your price. The marketplace fee still applies to the sale price; the House does not reimburse postage or automatically buy shipping labels for you.
